Acid reflux & Heartburn
Did you know it was found that menopausal women were 2.9 times more likely to have symptoms of acid reflux (1)? Speaking from personal experience, that burning in your chest is no joke. Work with me to manage and banish symptoms.
Bloating

Constipation & Diarrhea
Rapidly changing hormones during perimenopause can wreak havoc on our gut but so too can stress levels. Learning to manage changes to our bowel movements with food and mindfulness can be incredibly helpful in managing dreaded symptoms such as diarrhea and constipation.
Nausea
Feeling sick and nauseous can be a serious problem for a lot of women in peri/menopause. Some women even say it reminds them of morning sickness. We’ll work together to help you feel back to normal as fast as we can.
Weight Gain
Not a gut-specific problem per se however lots of women come to me with weight that they’ve recently put on and just “can’t seem to lose”. Our bodies make a weak form of estrogen in our fat cells so this can be a part of the challenge. With a focus on listening to your body’s cues and self-love I can help you to successfully manage your weight in peri/menopause.
