About the Package
Work with Emily to regain control of your body and find gut calm. Her 1:1 Clarity & Calm package provides 12 weeks of exclusive support necessary to see the changes and symptom relief you’re after.
This package includes a 60-minute initial consultation focused on getting to the root of your symptoms and implementing some quick wins. One week after the initial session you will receive your personalized care plan and access to Emily’s signature Gut Calm portal. This package also includes two, in-depth, 40-minute follow-up sessions to be used within the 12-week period.
